World Bank Internship Program (BIP) 2024

The World Bank Internship Program (BIP) constitutes a fully funded, 4-week paid internship initiative. Each year, the program selects around 150-200 interns, and it is accessible to individuals from any global location.

Eligibility requires applicants to possess an undergraduate degree and be currently enrolled in a full-time graduate study program, pursuing either a Master’s Degree or Ph.D., with the intention of returning to school on a full-time basis.

The World Bank assumes responsibility for covering travel expenses and offering stipends to interns. There is no requirement for applicants to furnish proof of an English Language Test. The majority of intern positions are situated in Washington, DC, with a few placements in World Bank country offices.
