Job Title: Non-Fuel Revenue Executive

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

To formulate and execute strategies aimed at optimizing non-fuel revenue streams, with a focus on diversification and profitability. This position demands a robust background in business development, financial analysis, and relationship management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the NFR business chain effectively, overseeing areas such as Confectionery, Auto-workshop, and real estate.
  • Track and assess upcoming retail outlets with available NFR space for potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Group Head, Retail Sales to strategically develop NFR businesses.
  • Generate novel NFR ideas and establish partnerships, while also enhancing existing business operations.
  • Stay informed about new developments in the local and global downstream industry across all NFR business chains.
  • Ensure the achievement of revenue and growth targets for NFR channels.
  • Establish effective communication with NFR stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Identify and implement new profitable partnerships for NFR.
  • Maintain effective liaison with relevant internal and external retail/NFR stakeholders/customers for optimal results.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Sc/HND in Social Science or related courses.
  • Any relevant professional certification is considered an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of Three (3) Years as a Non-Fuel Revenue Executive, preferably in a similar organization.

Job Title: Station Cashier

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • To manage the petty cash inflow and outflow of Rainoil’s stations and depots as well as maintaining accurate records/books on transactions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the availability of funds to address day-to-day operational petty cash expenses and emergencies.
  • Maintain meticulous records to facilitate easy disbursement, reconciliation, and replenishment.
  • Process expense retirement ledgers to ensure the proper accountability of all cash advances.
  • Create and manage records of cash requests and disbursements, reconciling all received cash with expenses recorded in the petty cash book.
  • Process payments for accounts and issue receipts, while keeping detailed records of amounts received and paid. Regularly verify the cash balance against this record.
  • Secure funds from the bank for safekeeping before reimbursements and systematically file all documents related to cash payments and collections.
  • Address inquiries regarding approvals, payment limits, and retirement deadlines.
  • Retire various imprest accounts and prepare comprehensive daily and weekly collections and payment summary reports for review by the station supervisor.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of one (1) year’s experience in a comparable role.
  • HND in Accounting as a minimum qualification.

Job Description
  • To oversee the sales of lubricants to distributors and industrial customers with the aim of enhancing the profitability of the lubricants sales business.
  • Actively engage in the sale of Rainoil’s Lubricant products through various outlets and stations, targeting customer growth and an increase in market share.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to attain sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct a thorough survey of competitors’ Lubricant prices.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the features, benefits, and applications of Rainoil lubricants; educate clients about the technical aspects and convey the profitability story.
  • Ensure market awareness by staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, and report findings.
  • Obtain receipts for each customer’s payments.
  • Determine daily pricing of products from the Head, Lubricant Sales.
  • Collect cash or electronic payments from customers based on the exact quantity sold at the prevailing price per quantity.
  • Monitor stock levels and escalate replenishment needs to the Head, Lubricant Sales.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for Lubricants, subject to review by the Head.
  • Participate in all business growth projects and initiatives aimed at expanding Rainoil’s customer base.
  • Undertake any other functions assigned by the Head, Lubricant Sales.

Person Specification

  • A minimum of a B.Sc / HND in a Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering related discipline is required.
  • Minimum of one(1) year relevant experience in the Retail Marketing/Sales unit of an organization preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sales and Marketing Skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
