Requirements

Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
Strong phone communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in using customer support software and tools
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and ability to accurately enter information into customer databases
